Can I pre-order multiple types of products?

You can't put more than one type of pre-order item in the same cart. Therefore, you may be charged for shipping separately. Please note that due to the above reasons, multiple pre-order items shipped at the same time will be settled for multiple shipping charges even if they are shipped in a single individual package.These are due to the specifications of the store system. ※We have also prepared a special pack that combines multiple items. This can reduce the shipping cost to one time.

Why haven't I received the product I purchased?

In the case of pre-ordered items, please check the shipping time carefully. We ship via EMS (Express Mail Service), which is operated by "Japan Post". The tracking number tells you where your package is. However, if the address you entered is incorrect, it may be returned to us depending on the state of the international situation.
